1. Registration
Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee participation.
All registrations are reviewed by the organizing team. Confirmation will be sent by email.
2. Payment
After your registration has been confirmed, you will receive payment instructions.
Your participation is confirmed only after the registration fee has been received within the specified payment period.
3. Cancellation by Participant
If you are unable to attend, please inform the organizers as soon as possible.
Refunds may be granted according to our cancellation policy or if your place can be filled by another participant.
4. Cancellation by the Organizers
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to force majeure, governmental restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
5. Liability
Participation in the Sunny Beach Tango Festival is entirely at your own risk.
The organizers accept no responsibility for personal injury, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and health insurance.
6. Photography and Video
Photos and videos may be taken during the festival.
By participating, you agree that images or videos in which you appear may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes, including the festival website, social media, and future event advertising.
If you do not wish to appear in published material, please inform the organizers before the event.
7. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for the administration of the festival.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to respect the festival’s Code of Conduct.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants whose behaviour seriously disturbs the event or other participants.
